Pairing

• Counselors us and family head maybe one for each Omega
• Everybody makes their own pairings
• Interview pledges to see what they want not the actives if we interview the actives have interviews before rush or make them write a paper (must have list of pb set beforehand)
• Round one of pairing with no names only descriptions made by counselors
• Top 3’s of both bigs and littles ( tentative)
• Put potentials on the list first for interviews
• Pairing talks
• Have ⅔ of counselors approve a pairing to be sent to pledge parents then if approved have ⅗ of the entire committee have the final vote if not approved pairing doesn't happen
• Put paragraphs in order from who you connected the most to the least.
• Get the pairing team set as early as possible (before rush) and set the dates for pairing asap. 2 week process
• Record the pairing in clips to send to each big for why they get or didn’t get a little
• Have a written report sent to bigs
• Send videos to bigs for when they get a little
