During each week of the meeting we will talk about what it means to be each thing then thought the week the chapter will reinforce those things to the pledges
Week 1: Trustworthy, Loyal helpful: Teach kids about how you can be helpful to others and in order to be helpful you must be trustworthy and loyal ( represents common law)
Week 2: friendly, courteous, kind - true friends are courteous and kind to each other the kidness that they show is the true meaning of being a friend, try and be a friend to all ( law of equity)
Week 3: obidient, cherful, thrifty ( civil law duty to others and self)
Week 4: brave, clean, revernt ( divine law, be unselfish and be clean to body and self) - there is something bigger than us that we need to adhere to whether it be a belief system or religion etc.
Week 5 : be a leader - leaders come in all shapes and sizes and come from all walks of life
Week 6: be a friend ( what is true friendship and how do we become one big friend group)
Week 7: be of service - being a servant is the way to which we should live our lives because servitude focuses on the group and not the individual
Week 8: Giving Unselfishly of your time and energy - This is how you should give the service you can offer if we all give unselfishly no one person will be too stressed or feel uninvolved.
Week 9 :Namesake challenge
Week 10: Contribute your ideas and preferences to the service committee and other chapter programs.- teach them about how they can speak up because their opinions matter
