Leadership (1 hr)
Talk about the difference between a leader and a manager
Talk about the 5 stages of a leadership
Show them how they are already leaders by going to college but they can be better leaders

Advancing social change begins with recognizing that we each have the power to serve and lead. According to Robert Greenleaf, who coined the term servant leadership, this exercise of power “begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead



Friendship (2 hr)

Have teams of 5: 3 pledges 2 actives ( number is tentative but keep 3:2 ratio)

Fun bonding events
Have multiple events and teams and winning team gets to be first in line for food first
Chicken nugget eating contest ( whoever has the most boxes wins)
Riff off
Hula hoop passing contest
Jeopardy ( about famous  people)
Human knot
Ha
Goal sharing - everyone writes down their goal they want to achieve by the end of the year and why they want to reach it explain that the goal of everyone is to make sure that they reach that goal
Balloon popping game
At the end have them in a circle and talk about one thing they learned about someone else

Lunch (1hr)
Potluck style

Service (1hr)
Find a hands-on community service to do during the day
