- In the first meeting talk about the standard which we want bigs to exemplify
- Bigs must go to 75% of pledge events unless they show a legitimate excuse
- Bigs must be open to all pledges and if we see them show blatant favoritism an exclusivity they will be taken off the list
- Pledges will do what you do - the way they see Alpha Phi Omega is what you present to them
- If you want respect from pledges be respectable
- Treat them as brothers not pledges they aren’t under you you are teaching them
- Teach how to rush
- Who you should rush ( if they look interested) not people rushing off to class
- Talk to them and get to know them
- Make them feel welcome
- Who you are welcoming too will be around
- After Pinning
- Try and be engaging to pledges that is their first experience as being a part of Alpha Phi Omega
