Testing

• For each exam have them have an oral part in small groups possibly their counsel groups get larger and larger as each test goes on
• Have 5 quizzes have to pass 3 out 5
• 93% on the final
• -% on test missed deadlines
• All families affect each other’s score alpha, phi and omega families
• Have to get 90% on all family trees (class score)
• Each quiz is worth 1% of their final
• Have questions on quizzes be on understanding leadership development courses are      (maybe have paragraphs talking about each program)
• If you get 100% on all the quizzes you don’t have to take the final
